Our client, an established insurance business, is looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join its Commercial Insurance team in Liverpool.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Commercial Insurance background who enjoys building client relationships, managing a varied portfolio and delivering a high standard of service.

The Role

• Manage and retain a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Obtain and negotiate quotations to secure appropriate cover at competitive premiums.
• Arrange new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments.
• Liaise with clients, insurers and suppliers to handle queries and maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare accurate quotations, policy documentation and risk information.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure all activities meet compliance requirements.
• Ensure policies are processed accurately and within agreed timescales.

About You

• Must have Commercial Insurance experience
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products and the broking process.
• Experience handling renewals, quotations and policy amendments.
• Strong communication, organisational and negotiation skills.
• A client-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
