Experienced in residential surveying, Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys, and Red Book Valuations?

We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a well-established and successful residential surveying practice, covering the Ipswich area of Suffolk, following an increase in business levels and continued growth.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out Level 2 reports
• Conduct Level 3 Building Surveys
• Undertake and produce Red Book Valuations for a cariety of properties
• Produce accurate, detailed, and high-quality survey reports
• Deliver a professional service to clients throughout the surveying process

Working hours:

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday
• Remote / work-from-home working.

Residential Surveyor Requirements

• Minimum AssocRICS qualified
• Registered Valuer
• Proven experience delivering Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys
• Experience undertaking Red Book Valuations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
