Social Worker Children with Disability

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities Service. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality support and intervention to children with complex disabilities and their families, ensuring that children are safeguarded and their welfare is promoted in line with statutory requirements and the values of Northamptonshire Children’s Trust.Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will undertake assessments, develop and review care and support plans, manage a varied caseload, and work in partnership with families and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people..
