Contract: 3–6 Month Rolling Contract (High Likelihood of Extension)
Rate: Up to £70 per hour
Hours: Open to Both Full-Time and Part-Time Applicants

A new opportunity has arisen for a Class 2 Registered Building Inspector to join our clients team in Essex on a contract basis.

This role would suit an experienced RBI seeking a flexible contract opportunity with a well-supported team and the potential for long-term work. The client is open to both full-time and part-time applicants and is looking for an individual who can support the team across a range of Building Control projects.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out Building Control duties across a varied portfolio of projects, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and supporting applicants throughout the construction process. The client is seeking an RBI who can provide immediate value and work collaboratively within an established team.
