Data Analyst

Salary up to £45,000

Hybrid working - 2 days in the central Glasgow office

You'll be producing commercial and financial analysis that genuinely informs decision-making at every level of the business. That means taking business questions and turning them into clear, actionable insight, not just reporting for reporting's sake.

You'll track performance against budgets, forecasts and targets, flag where profitability or efficiency could be improved, and respond to ad-hoc requests from management with speed and accuracy.

You'll also have a hand in designing and maintaining the reporting infrastructure itself, moving the team away from manual processes and towards smarter, more consistent ways of working with data.

Strong analytical skills with a commercial or financial focus

Hands-on experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric 

Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical outputs

Comfortable working with budgets, forecasts and performance metrics

A proactive approach to spotting inefficiencies and process improvements

Confidence presenting findings to management and supporting strategic decisions
