Press Brake Operator

We are currently recruiting for a CNC Operator to join our client, a manufacturing business operating within the thermal industry, based in Tyseley. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience operating CNC machinery, particularly candidates with hands-on experience in press brake operations or a background in machine operating and button pressing.

• Operating CNC press brake machinery within a busy manufacturing environment.
• All levels of experience will be considered for this role.
• Loading and unloading materials and components.
• Monitoring production to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Carrying out basic quality checks and identifying defects.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery.
• Press brake experience would be advantageous.
• Experience with button pressing or machine operating is ideal.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

Shift Patterns & Pay

• Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 8:00pm – 6:00am, with an early finish on Friday.
• 37 hours per week for both shifts.
• £15.53 per hour, overtime available after 37 hours.
