The HR Manager is a key member of the HR team, responsible for the effective day-to-day delivery of operational HR support across their allocated divisions. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, the HR Manager will support the implementation of the People Plan and ensure that HR practices support the effective, safe and compliant delivery of business objectives.
The ideal candidate will provide confident, pragmatic and commercially focused HR advice to line managers, taking ownership of a broad range of employee relations matters and supporting line managers to manage people issues effectively, consistently and in accordance with organisational policies and employment legislation.
The HR Manager will also take an active role in HR projects, organisational change, training, management information and continuous improvement, working with and escalating to the HR Business Partner on particularly complex, sensitive, high-risk or strategic matters.
