This is a results-driven opportunity for someone with a proven track record in residential property listings or valuations, strong local market knowledge, and the motivation to maximise their earning potential through an uncapped commission structure.

The Role

As a Sales Valuer, you will:

• Generate valuation opportunities through proactive business development and networking
• Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations
• Win new instructions and secure property listings
• Build strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the local property market and competitor activity
• Drive market share through targeted business generation
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the valuation and listing process
• Work closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities and conversions
• Maintain accurate records and complete all associated administration
• Represent the business professionally within the local community

Sales Valuer Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property listings or valuations
• Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
• Strong knowledge of the local property market, or the ability to develop this quickly
• Highly driven, motivated, and target-focused
• Professional and confident manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
