The Role

As a Protection Adviser, you will:

• Manage referred leads and convert opportunities into new business
• Provide tailored protection advice to meet clients' needs
• Generate new business and maximise sales opportunities
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the advice process
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high standard of service
• Work towards individual targets and contribute to the team's overall success
• Identify opportunities to grow your client base and increase business levels

Protection Adviser Requirements

• Proven experience writing protection business
• Ability to manage referred leads and generate new business
• Driven, target-focused, and motivated to maximise earning potential
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong relationship-building and client management abilities
• A professional, organised, and commercially minded approach

What's on Offer?

• £31,000–£32,000 basic salary
• Tiered commission structure of 15–25%
• Uncapped earning potential
• OTE of £80,000–£90,000
• Medical cover following successful probation

Working Arrangement

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday working week
• Hybrid working, with 3–4 days per week in the Shrewsbury office and 1–2 days working from home
