Assistant Production Manager – Dunmurry

£38,500–£42,000 DOE | Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm

Our client is seeking a hands-on Assistant Production Manager to oversee evening shift operations within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production, loading and transport operations.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, inductions and training.
• Monitor productivity, performance and operational targets.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and quality standards.
• Handle frontline HR duties, including staff reviews and disciplinary matters.
• Manage stock, housekeeping and shift performance.

Requirements:

• Previous production management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Flexible, proactive and hands-on approach.
