HGV Class 2 Driver

Swadlincote

£16.25 to £18.21 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver to join a busy transport operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional driver who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring deliveries and collections are completed safely, efficiently, and on time while representing the business in a professional manner at customer sites.

Regular start times of 6:00 or 7:00 in the morning.

Pay Rates:

• £14.50 per hour on PAYE Accrued
• £16.25 per hour on PAYE Advanced
• Overtime payable after 8 hours.

Job Requirements:

• HGV Class 2  licence with a minimum of 6 months experience
• IPAF and CSCS card
• Experience delivering powered access or similar plant/equipment (e.g., MEWPs, telehandlers, or tools)
• Valid CPC card and Digital Tacho card
• Handballing may be required
• Ratchets and Straps experience
• Professional Manner
• Safety Focused
