Junior Sous Chef – Branded Restaurant Group (New Opening, High Volume) – Glasgow City Centre

• Total package up to £47,500 per annum, made up of a £32,500 base salary and Tronc of around £15,000pa 
• New site opening in January, with full training and support provided
• Back of house team of 15 to 19 across chefs and kitchen team

We’re working with a growing branded restaurant group on the appointment of a Junior Sous Chef for their new city centre opening in January. This is a high volume operation, so the successful Junior Sous Chef will ideally come from a branded restaurant or high volume background and will be comfortable working at pace within a back of house team of 15 to 19 across chefs and kitchen team. 

This is a great Junior Sous Chef role for a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up, or for someone already at Junior Sous level looking to join a group that promotes from within. The group invests heavily in its people, with structured development, healthcare and clear career pathways.

Candidates will need to be available to start in early January in order to be in place ahead of the opening. As this is a brand new opening, the incoming Junior Sous Chef will be part of the team setting standards in the kitchen from day one.
