If you’re passionate about proving what marketing spend really delivers and influencing strategic budget decisions through data, this is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a business-critical marketing measurement function. You’ll combine advanced analytics, experimentation, causal inference, and AI-driven ways of working to help shape commercial growth at scale.

The Company
This growing digital business operates in a highly data-driven environment where analytics is central to decision making. Their product has an engaged customer base, strong market traction, and ambitious growth plans.
The data team works closely with commercial stakeholders, giving analytics professionals a genuine seat at the table. You’ll join a collaborative and remote-first culture that values experimentation, curiosity, and rigorous thinking.

The Role

  • Deliver clear recommendations on budget allocation, channel investment, and marketing efficiency
  • Design and evaluate incrementality testing programmes across paid media and CRM channels
  • Apply causal inference techniques including lift testing, geo-based experimentation, and holdout analysis
  • Build and maintain customer lifetime value (LTV) models to support acquisition and retention decision making
  • Partner closely with marketing teams to improve attribution, measurement, and performance reporting
  • Translate complex analytical findings into actionable commercial recommendations
  • Use AI-enabled approaches to accelerate experimentation, analysis, and insight generation while maintaining high analytical standards
  • Act as a trusted expert on marketing effectiveness across the wider business

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in marketing measurement, marketing analytics, or growth analytics
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Mix Modelling, experimentation, incrementality testing, or causal inference methods
  • Excellent understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, regression techniques, and experimental design
  • Advanced SQL skills and strong Python capabilities for analytics and modelling
  • Experience working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, dbt, or equivalent cloud-based technologies
  • Understanding of digital marketing platforms and attribution challenges across channels
  • Experience building predictive, lifetime value, or customer-focused analytical models
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

What They Offer

  • £70,000 – £90,000 salary dependent on experience
  • Annual performance-related bonus
  • Fully remote UK-based working
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Private healthcare
  • Enhanced pension contribution
  • Generous annual leave allowance
  • Remote working and home office support
  • Structured opportunities to influence business strategy and shape marketing effectiveness capabilities
