Transport Planner / Route Planner, Armthorpe Doncaster

As a Transport Planner you will be planning and scheduling deliveries and collections, allocating drivers and vehicles, monitoring routes, resolving transport issues, maintaining transport records and other duties. We’re keen to speak with candidates who have experience in a similar transport, fleet, vehicle or route planning role.

 

Shifts: Monday to Thursday 8am – 4:30pm, Friday 8am – early finish Pay: £13.25 per hour

 

Requirements of a Transport Planner / Route Planner:

• Previous experience as a Transport Planner / Route Planner – you must have knowledge of postcodes
• Available to start immediately

 

Duties of a Transport Planner / Route Planner:

• Plan and schedule deliveries and collections.
• Allocate drivers and vehicles efficiently.
• Monitor routes and resolve transport issues.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations.
• Liaise with drivers, customers, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain transport records and performance reports
