🚗 Category B Driver – Vehicle Movements | Flexible Work

💷 £13.00 per hour | Ad Hoc / Part-Time

Driver Hire Edinburgh West are looking for reliable Category B Drivers to support a range of vehicle movement assignments, driving vehicles safely from one location to another.

This is a flexible, ad hoc opportunity that may suit drivers looking for part-time work, with shifts potentially available across early mornings, midday and evenings.

🚗 The Role

• Drive vehicles safely between specified collection and delivery locations.
• Complete A-to-B vehicle movements across a variety of assignments.
• Carry out basic vehicle checks before and after each journey.
• Report any vehicle defects or issues promptly.
• Follow all relevant safety procedures and driving regulations.
• Maintain a professional approach when representing Driver Hire and our clients.

✅ Essential Requirements

• Full UK Category B driving licence held for at least 2 years.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• No more than 3 penalty points, minor offences only.
• No IN, DD, DR or CD convictions.
• Valid Disclosure Scotland certificate, or willingness to obtain one at your own expense.
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work at different times of the day.

📅 Work & Availability

Assignments may be available across a variety of shift times, including:

• 🌅 Early mornings
• ☀️ Midday
• 🌙 Evenings

Please note: This is ad hoc work, so hours are not guaranteed and will depend on available assignments and client requirements.

💷 Pay

• £13.00 per hour
• Flexible, ad hoc and part-time assignments.
• Potential opportunities to work across a variety of locations and shifts.
