We are seeking a skilled, compassionate and motivated HLTA to join our new Primary Alternative Provision and Outreach Service supporting children across Bath & North East Somerset. The service provides specialist support for pupils experiencing social, emotional, mental health and inclusion needs through a combination of outreach support, in-reach alternative provision, day 6 provision and reintegration programmes.

  • Contribute to assessment, progress monitoring, transition and reintegration planning.
  • Work collaboratively with families, school staff and other professionals.

  • Is flexible, resilient and able to work across a range of settings.
