£15.69 per hour | 4am–5am starts | Minimum 8 hours paid | Temp to Perm

Driver Hire are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Driver to join a busy and well-established client based in Ilkeston.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable Class 2 Driver looking for regular, ongoing work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position. The role starts on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to transfer to the client on a temp-to-perm basis for the right driver.

What’s on offer:

• £15.69 per hour
• Minimum 8 hours paid per shift
• Early starts between 4am and 5am
• Regular, ongoing work

The role:

You will be working as a Class 2 Driver, completing deliveries on behalf of our client. You will need to be reliable, professional and comfortable with early morning starts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driver who wants more than just ad-hoc work and is looking to secure a long-term position with the potential to become permanent.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 (C) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph
• Previous Class 2 driving experience
• Reliable and punctual
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with 4am–5am starts
