Early Years Lecturer

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Lecuter to join a college in Hull, with a start date as soon as possible. This will last until at least Christmas 2026, with the potential of transitioning to a permanent role afterwards depending on how much the successful candidate is enjoying the placement, and providing a fantastic education to Early Years Level 2 and 3 students.This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator with a strong background in Early Years to inspire and support the future early years practitioners.The RolePosition: Early Years LecturerLocation: HullStart date: As soon as possibleHours: Full Time - 35 hours per weekPay: £20-£35 per hour, depending on experience and qualificationsAs an Early Years lecturer, your duties will include:Planning and delivering engaging and effective Early Years LessonsTeaching students across a range of levels and abilities.Preparing students for examinations, assessments and coursework.Assessing student work and providing constructive feedback to support achievement and progression.Monitoring and recording student progress, attendance and achievement.Creating an inclusive, supportive and engaging learning environment.Differentiating lessons and learning materials to meet the needs of individual students.Supporting students with their academic, personal and professional development.Working collaboratively with colleagues and the wider college team.Ensuring teaching and learning meets relevant curriculum and awarding-body requirements.
