Teaching Assistant/ LSA - Primary/SEN

Spencer Clarke Group are currently looking for Teaching Assistants and Support Staff to work within Primary and SEN settings in Linton.

We are looking for caring, patient and reliable professionals who can support children with their learning, development and individual needs.

The Role

• 1:1 and small-group support

• Supporting pupils within a Primary/SEN environment

• Supporting learning and development

• Supporting pupils with additional needs

• Managing behaviour appropriately

• Working alongside teachers and support staff

• Building positive relationships with pupils

• Creating a safe and engaging classroom environment

We're Looking For

• Previous experience working with children

• Primary, SEN, education or similar experience

• Patient, approachable and reliable

• Strong communication skills

• Confidence supporting additional needs

• Able to build positive relationships

• Passionate about supporting children's development

Linton and surrounding areas
