Are you an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher looking to begin the next stage of your teaching career in January 2027?
We are working with a welcoming and supportive village school near Chorleywood, Hertfordshire, that is seeking to appoint a dedicated Early Years Teacher on a full-time, permanent basis from January 2027.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a charming one-form entry primary school with a close-knit team and a genuine commitment to supporting both pupils and staff. The successful candidate will teach a mixed Nursery and Reception class, so a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and a passion for delivering engaging, child-centred learning are essential.
The school would particularly welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs). With an experienced and highly supportive staff team, this is an ideal environment to develop your confidence, refine your teaching practice, and build the foundations for a successful long-term career in education. Applications from teachers within the first three years of their career are also warmly encouraged.
The current Nursery/Reception teacher began their teaching career at the school and is now relocating after two successful years. This vacancy has arisen solely due to that move, reflecting the school's exceptionally low staff turnover and positive working environment.
