General Manager - Belfast - Exclusive opportunity

MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-established, growing organisation operating across the UK and Europe as they look to add a General Manager to their team, in this full-time permanent opportunity.

The role:

You will shape business growth, strengthen client relationships and lead a multi-disciplinary operation. You'll develop new opportunities, grow key accounts and drive performance across sales, service delivery and compliance.

The main responsibilities:

• Winning new business and developing long-term client relationships.
• Driving revenue, profitability and margin across temporary, contract and permanent recruitment.
• Leading and developing teams across the recruitment business.
• Improving operational delivery, workforce mobilisation and client service.
• Setting clear targets and reporting on performance, pipeline and forecasts.

The successful candidate:

• Senior leadership experience in recruitment, labour supply, workforce solutions or technical staffing.
• A strong track record in business development and growing profitable accounts.
• Experience managing commercial performance, including revenue and margins.
• A background in project-led sectors such as engineering, construction, energy, utilities, data centres or infrastructure (desirable).
