"Bluebird Belper are such a lovely company to work for. All of the managers there are kind, supportive, approachable , considerate and truly care about both their staff and their customers. Colleagues are always willing to help you learn and share best practice.
Having previously worked in an office for 30 years, this is a new career for me and it is so rewarding being able to make a difference to people’s lives -no two days are ever the same."
