Year 4 Teaching Assistant Required - Leigh Primary SchoolAre you an enthusiastic and supportive educator looking for an exciting new role in Key Stage 2?Tradewind Recruitment is currently partnering with a welcoming primary school in Leigh to recruit a dedicated Year 4 Teaching Assistant for an ongoing, full-time position.Role DetailsPosition: Year 4 Teaching Assistant (Key Stage 2)Location: LeighStart Date: Immediate / As soon as possibleCommitment: 5 days a week (Full-Time, Monday to Friday, ongoing basis)Pay Rate: £94-£99 a day.Key RequirementsExperience: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within Key Stage 2 (Years 3 to 6).Skills: Strong literacy and numeracy skills to effectively support students in Year 4, both in small groups and on a 1-to-1 basis.Approach: A patient, proactive, and encouraging attitude with fantastic behaviour management and communication skills.Commitment: Available to work full-time on a long-term, ongoing basis.What We Are Looking ForHold a recognised Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in Childcare or Supporting Teaching and Learning.A warm, approachable personality with a genuine passion for early childhood education.Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or willingness to apply for one through Tradewind).CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained.Legal right to work in the UK.
