We have an excellent opportunity for an HGV Driver looking for full-time, Monday to Friday work in Inverness, this is offered on a temp to permanent position.

You’ll work alongside  a drivers mate or another driver on longer-distance runs. The role also includes manual handling, so we’re looking for someone who is happy to get involved and isn’t looking for a driving-only position. £16.80 per hour, Early starts and no weekends and an immediate start available.

🚛 Typical Duties May Include:

• Driving Class 2 vehicles within the Highland and Aberdeenshire area
• Sharing driving responsibilities with the other driver when required
• Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
• Carrying out manual handling, including moving and handling goods safely
• Ensuring loads are secure and transported safely
• Completing relevant vehicle and delivery paperwork
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Following drivers’ hours, Working Time and road safety regulations
• Providing a professional and helpful service when completing deliveries
• Working closely with your driving partner to ensure deliveries are completed safely and efficiently

📋 Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 (HGV) Licence
• CPC and Digital Tacho Card
• Maximum of 6 penalty points (No DR, TT or IN convictions)
