We’re partnering with a growing tech consultancy in Swindon/Wiltshire that’s searching for an ambitious IT Service Desk Engineer.
The shift pattern is 4 on 4 off, covering days and nights.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering confident 1st/2nd line support across a busy, enterprise‑level environment
- Owning incidents from start to finish and driving quick, effective resolutions
- Playing a key role in improving processes, service quality, and team performance
What You Bring
- Experienced in supporting Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with enterprise tools like Teams and SharePoint
- Confident with Active Directory, user admin, and group policies
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) a plus
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar ITSM platforms
