Keystage 2 (KS2) Teacher

Year 5 Class Teacher – Maternity Cover (Full-Time)
A welcoming and highly regarded Church of England village primary school near Letchworth is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join their team from January 2027. This is a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover position within Key Stage 2.

The successful candidate will:

Be an inspiring and effective KS2 teacher with high expectations for pupil achievement and progress.
Have a secure understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and effective assessment for learning strategies.
Be committed to providing engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the individual needs of every child.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and actively contribute to all aspects of school life.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
