You’ll be joining Cyro Cyber, part of MGroup, a specialist cyber security consultancy founded in 2021 to help public sector and financial organisations protect their Critical Digital Infrastructure. While Cyro Cyber has grown in size, reach and expertise, its core purpose remains the same: delivering trusted, independent cyber security advice and services to keep clients safe in an ever-evolving threat landscape.

Cyro Cyber operates across the UK, with offices in London and Farnborough, working on high-impact, mission-critical projects that really matter.

What will you be doing?

This role will be responsible for managing and enhancing Cyro’s Microsoft technology platforms, including Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Sentinel and Dynamics. Working closely with internal teams and customers, you'll develop automation solutions, create insightful reporting, optimise security monitoring platforms and support the onboarding of new services and clients.

You'll play a key role in maintaining critical business systems, licences, certificates and asset registers, ensuring services remain secure, compliant and operational. The role will also support continuous improvement initiatives, system documentation, solution design and the development of innovative technologies that enhance both internal and customer environments.

As a senior technical specialist, you'll provide expert support and troubleshooting, act as an escalation point for complex issues, engage directly with customers and contribute to service reviews, project delivery and security compliance activities. You'll also mentor colleagues, support best practice adoption and help drive high-quality service delivery across the business.

What you’ll bring:

• Excellent skills including a selection from the following (not an exhaustive list): Azure, M365, SIEM (Sentinel), Power Platform.
• Security related qualifications or Microsoft qualifications SC-200, AZ-500, SC-900, AZ-900, PL-900, PL-400.
• Knowledge of MS Sentinel, MS Azure, MS Windows, MS 365, MS Dynamics, KQL, PowerShell, Power Platform.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Presentation skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Commercial / business awareness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
