Sales Account Manager

SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER CREWE FULL TIME 9AM – 5.30PM MON-THURS, 9AM – 3PM FRI PERMANENT £32K PLUS BONUS (OTE £50K)  THE ROLE

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of B2B customers
• Build strong relationships and act as each customer’s main point of contact
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Maximise customer retention and account growth
• Work towards quarterly revenue and retention targets
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and customer records in the CRM system
• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions

 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

• Previous B2B account management experience
• Telecoms, IT or technology experience would be advantageous
• A commercial mindset and confidence working to targets
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A proactive, organised approach and confidence managing a customer portfolio
