Working closely with the senior management team, you will oversee multiple dining outlets, private events and room service, ensuring exceptional service standards whilst driving commercial performance.

The Role

• Oversee all food and beverage operations, delivering consistently exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain outstanding standards of service, presentation and attention to detail.
• Recruit, develop and support a high-performing front-of-house team.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, service delivery and guest experience.
• Drive revenue, profitability, cost control and overall F&B performance.
• Manage rotas, training, staffing levels and departmental budgets.
• Ensure seamless service across restaurants, events, private dining and room service.
• Build strong guest relationships and maintain the hotel's excellent reputation.

Requirements

• Proven F&B management experience within a luxury hotel or comparable high-end hospitality environment.
• Strong background in fine dining and quality restaurant operations.
• Excellent wine knowledge and a genuine passion for food and hospitality.
• Experience overseeing multiple F&B outlets and managing established teams.
• Strong commercial awareness, financial management and cost-control skills.
• An approachable, collaborative and supportive leadership style.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
