Junior Private PA

We are looking for a Junior Private PA to work in a small team of Assistants, looking after an UHNWI and his family. The main Principal is the Chairman of a hugely successful investment business with global offices. This role will be based in the family office in London but there will also be the occasional travel to the international residences, so the successful Private PA must have flexibility for these, often last minute requests.

The Private PA will be an intelligent, outgoing self-starter with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to make things happen! This Private PA role must be comfortable working within a team of Assistants, working across time zones and often managing urgent requests. We are looking for a Private PA who is comfortable assisting with a variety of duties;  from booking private jets, to liaising with the chauffeurs, organising events, working alongside the Chief of Staff and no two days will be the same. We are happy to consider candidates who do not have Private PA experience previously, but attitude and team fit is going to be key. You must be prepared to learn quickly and work over time if required as there may be some out of office hours support needed.  

We are looking for a Private PA to start as soon as possible with a good education behind them and someone who can show they are not afraid of hard work.
