Electrical Fitter

STEM Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturer in the electrical engineering sector to recruit an Electrical Fitter for their growing team. This role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of projects, producing high-quality electrical systems used across multiple industries.   The Role:

• Panel wiring and control wiring to a high standard
• PLC wiring and electrical installation
• Building and wiring of switchgear, switchboards, and distribution boards
• Assembly and wiring of motor control centres (MCCs)
• Occasional site-based work across the UK when required

  The Person:

• Time-served or experienced Electrical Fitter / Panel Wireman
• Able to interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• NC/HNC in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification/experience
• Background in panel wiring essential
• Experience with switchgear, MCCs, and testing panels would be advantageous

  What’s on Offer:

• Permanent, full-time position
• 4 day working week
• Hours: 7:00am – 5:00pm
• Salary: starting from £34,000 per annum
