Materials Handler

We are seeking a dedicated Materials Handler to join our client’s team in Glasgow on a 9-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, logging, and ensuring the quality of incoming materials within a fast-paced stores environment. Collaborating closely with Quality Control, Purchasing, and end users, you will play a vital part in maintaining stock accuracy, managing slow-moving stock, preventing expiry waste, and performing stock counts to support efficient supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehousing, preferably within FMCG, and familiarity with inventory systems such as SAP, Oracle, or LIMS. Your attention to detail, ability to work in regulated environments, and a valid UK driving license are essential for success in this role.

• Experience in warehouse or stores environment, ideally within FMCG
• Knowledge of inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, LIMS preferred)
• Previous work in regulated environments (GLP/GMP) advantageous
• Good attention to detail and results-focused mindset
• Valid UK driving license for transporting materials
