SEN Teaching Assistant | Hertfordshire
County Teachers is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistants to join the supply team at a specialist school in Hertfordshire supporting pupils aged 3–19 with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Autism.
This is a rewarding opportunity for caring and enthusiastic individuals looking for flexible, term-time work. Previous SEN experience is beneficial but not essential.
The role:

Support pupils with a range of complex learning needs.
Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning.
Provide 1:1 and small group support.
Help create a safe, positive and nurturing learning environment.

The ideal candidate:

Has experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable).
Is patient, compassionate and adaptable.
