We’ve recently appointed the new CTO who is passionate about change, so we’ve got some exciting new roles now live, including this role of Head of Software opportunity.
 
With a team of 60+ technical experts both onshore and offshore the ability to lead from the front, coach and act as a role model is imperative.  
 
LOCATION - Multiple HQ’s across the UK with the Tech Squad being based out of Milton Keynes – Hybrid working and travel to the EU on occasions is required.
 
SALARY – up to £120,000 + annual performance bonus, 25 days holiday with option to purchase additional days, private healthcare, up to 10% pension match scheme + other with additional retail discounts.
 
Experience of the Head of Software:

• Leading large technical teams both onshore and offshore would be advantageous
• Implementing best practices and working methodologies
• A solid grasp of what good design looks like
• SAFe scaled agile framework experience would be desirable but not essential
• Creating a capability map across development and test
• Knowledge of Java framework and API development
• MS Azure or cloud-based software experience
• Solid understanding of development a QA processes
• The ability to priotise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Provide direction to the company’s technology and product roadmap
• A go-getter!
