Are you looking to work in a school where staff are valued and supported to progress?
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school team. The role may involve working across Early Years and Key Stage 1, with a variety of responsibilities including classroom support, small group interventions and 1:1 support.
Ideally, you will hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or equivalent and have experience working in a primary school setting. However, we are also looking for someone who is flexible, responsive to the needs of children and keen to develop their skills through on-the-job learning.
The ideal candidate will:

Be caring, enthusiastic and motivated.
Have experience supporting children in a primary school setting.
Be confident working 1:1 and with small groups.
Be flexible and responsive to individual needs.
Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

This is an immediate start opportunity, with the initial fixed-term contract linked to SEN funding.
