I’ve been retained by a leading, privately owned, design-led Building Services Consultancy based in Cardiff where engineers genuinely shape the business, not just deliver for it.

As a Sustainability and Building Physics Engineer, you’ll enjoy working directly with their Sustainability Associate, an MSc qualified entrepreneurial individual who has a wealth of experience across both Building Physics and Building Services on Projects typically within Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Residential and Mixed-use.

You’ll use IESVe or IES ApacheHVAC to model both complex buildings and also entire property portfolios on behalf of their clients; using industry benchmarks such as Passivhaus, Nabers and BREEAM to ensure these buildings operate as efficiently as possible.
