Senior Chef de Partie

We are seeking an experienced, passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen brigade at a luxury 4-star hotel.

Working with fresh, high-quality ingredients, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dishes across our restaurant, private dining, weddings and events.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and presenting dishes to consistently high standards

• Taking responsibility for your section and ensuring smooth service

• Supporting and guiding junior members of the kitchen brigade

• Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards

• Assisting with stock control, preparation and minimising food waste

• Working closely with the senior kitchen team to maintain quality and consistency

About you

You will have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie within a quality hotel, restaurant or similar professional kitchen. You will be passionate about food, organised under pressure and committed to delivering consistently high standards.
