Production Operatives

Novara People are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Huddersfield (HD7).

This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, suited to individuals who enjoy practical work, can maintain a good pace and take pride in producing quality products.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 5:00pm

Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm

Night Shift

Monday to Thursday: 5:00pm – 5:00am
Pay: £12.71 per hour

Duties

Assisting with daily manufacturing and production activities.

Operating production equipment and machinery following training.

Handling and preparing materials for production.

Checking finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

Packing, labelling and preparing completed products.

Working towards daily production targets.

Keeping workstations clean, organised and safe.

Following all health and safety procedures.

Skills Required

Previous experience within production, manufacturing or a similar environment would be beneficial.

Comfortable working in a practical, hands-on role.

Good attention to detail and a focus on quality.

Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

Willingness to learn new processes and follow instructions.

Good understanding of workplace health and safety.

Rate of Pay

£12.71 per hour
