Global Mobility Advisor (Remote)

We are looking for a Global Mobility Advisor to support managers and employees with international employment and overseas working arrangements. Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and external providers, you will help ensure globally mobile employees are supported compliantly and efficiently. This is an FTC until the end of December 2028 and fully remote in the UK.

Reporting into the Global Mobility Lead and working within a team of five, this role manages and supports c.80 moves/year and c.50 existing assignees, predominantly moves from the UK to overseas. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide advice on global mobility, international employment, immigration, tax, payroll and compliance matters.
• Manage overseas working requests and international employment arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver mobility solutions.
• Support global payroll, reporting and employee data management.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Contribute to global mobility projects, policy development and process improvements.

You will be an experienced Global Mobility Advisor with a strong understanding of international employment, immigration, tax and payroll principles. With excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, you will be highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
