Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people’s lives? Do you thrive in a supportive and caring environment? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Learning Support Workers to support incredible students aged 5–25 in both their residential and educational settings.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Each day brings something new and meaningful! Your role will include:

Working closely with a multi-disciplinary team who share one goal: the very best for our students.
Supporting students through 1:1 and group learning activities, tailored to their unique needs.
Encouraging independence and celebrating progress—big or small!
Keeping detailed student records in collaboration with teachers and specialist staff.
Supporting students in their onsite home environment and in class.
Attending key meetings and contributing your valuable insights.
Helping with admin tasks and maintaining high standards of hygiene and wellbeing.

About the School:

This is a non-maintained residential special school, rated Good by Ofsted, for students aged 5–19 with SEND needs. Many of their amazing students have epilepsy, autism, severe learning difficulties, and communication challenges. It’s a place full of innovation, care, and creativity.
