HP INDIGO DIGITAL PRINT OPERATOR

CS Labels Ltd is looking for a skilled and motivated HP Indigo Digital Print Operator to join our production team.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality print, has a keen eye for detail and enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced production environment.

🔹 The Role

As an HP Indigo Digital Print Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our digital printing operations run smoothly, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with our Production Manager and wider production team, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining our HP Indigo presses while ensuring customer requirements and production deadlines are consistently met.

🔹 What You'll Be Doing

• Operating HP Indigo digital printing presses to produce high-quality printed products.
• Setting up print jobs, including substrates, inks and colour calibration.
• Monitoring print quality and making adjustments to ensure excellent results.
• Preparing jobs using digital prepress and workflow software.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and carrying out routine press maintenance.
• Managing production priorities to meet customer deadlines.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an efficient production environment.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, health and safety, and quality control.

🔹 What We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll have:

✅ 1–3 years' experience operating HP Indigo or similar digital printing presses.

✅ A good understanding of digital printing processes, colour management and print quality.

✅ Experience using digital prepress software and HP PrintOS.

✅ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

✅ Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

✅ The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

✅ A positive attitude, strong communication skills and a team-focused approach.

Experience with variable data printing or HP Indigo certification would be an advantage.
