Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an ambitious Solicitor or Associate to join its expanding Real Estate Litigation team. The Opportunity

You'll advise a diverse client base on a wide range of commercial property disputes, working alongside respected real estate specialists on complex and high-profile matters, working in a culture where individuals are encouraged to develop and thrive.

As a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor / Associate, you will:
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property disputes.
- Advise clients on opposed and unopposed lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
- Handle matters involving restrictive covenants, break notices and lease interpretation.
- Advise on dilapidations claims and negotiated settlements.
- Deal with rights of way, easements, boundary disputes, trespass and nuisance claims.
- Manage landlord and tenant disputes, including possession proceedings, rent arrears recovery, forfeiture and CRAR.
- Advise on telecommunications and insolvency-related property issues.
- Work closely with colleagues across Real Estate and other specialist teams to provide integrated legal solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.
