About the Role

You will manage your own varied caseload of family law matters, working with the backing of a collaborative team. There is real scope to contribute to business development and networking, as well as to maintain and build on the firm's strong existing client relationships.

Family Lawyer Responsibilities

• Managing a varied and high-quality family law caseload independently
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing to business development and networking activities
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments
• Maintaining effective file management and organisational standards

Family Lawyer Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with practising rights and 3+ years' PQE
• Experience managing your own family law caseload including divorce and separation, financial remedy proceedings, and private children matters
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent client care and communication skills, written and verbal
• Organised, meticulous and solutions-focused approach
• Positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a technically strong and experienced family lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE and a genuine enthusiasm for their work.
