We’re after a sharp, dynamic Account Director to take charge of our Client Services team, working with big-name brands across the UK and beyond.What You'll Do:Own client relationships and deliver standout social content and paid media campaigns.Lead creative briefings, manage project timelines, and keep budgets in check.Work closely with our creative and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life.Drive growth with renewals, pitching fresh ideas, and finding upsell opportunities.Mentor and manage your team, making sure processes are smooth and efficient.Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring we’re always pushing boundaries.You’ll Need:5+ years in an agency role with a track record of smashing account management.Solid experience in social and paid media. OOH & TVC experience is a plus.A cool head, laser-focused organisation skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.Confidence, creativity, and the ability to anticipate client needs.A problem-solver with a can-do attitude and strong team spirit.
