Customer Service Agent

Flexsource NI are working in exclusive partnership with Northern Ireland Electricity in their search for Customer Service agents, on a temporary basis, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

·        Provide outstanding support to our customers, addressing their enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

·        Assist customers with information on our services, troubleshooting, and other electricity network related enquiries.

·        Maintain a deep understanding of our services, and policies to provide accurate and efficient support.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.

·        Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.

·        Ensure compliance with company guidelines and quality standards in every customer interaction.

·        Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to process improvements.

·        Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide informed support.

Requirements

·        Previous customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre environment

·        A strong communicator, with a customer focused approach to problem solving

·        Proficient IT user
