Personal Assistant / Studio Manager

The founder of a brilliant architecture studio is seeking a Personal Assistant / Studio Manager to support its senior leadership and oversee the day-to-day running of the practice. The studio is known for its considered and holistic approach to design, working across a broad range of projects with an emphasis on the wider social, environmental, and economic context of the built environment.

Working closely with the founder, the role will combine traditional PA responsibilities with operational oversight of the studio. This will include managing complex diaries and scheduling, coordinating meetings and travel, and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external communications. Alongside this, the position will take responsibility for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.

The role will also involve liaising with external suppliers and consultants, overseeing office administration, and supporting finance processes including invoicing and expense management in coordination with external accountants.
