Key Responsibilities:
As a Primary School Teacher based in Merthyr Tydfil, your daily duties will include:

Delivering engaging lessons to pupils in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in accordance with the national curriculum
Creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student development
Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic achievement
Collaborating with school staff and parents to support student learning and wellbeing
Preparing and adapting lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of learners
Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behaviour

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Primary School Teacher, you will need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching primary school children, specifically in KS1 and KS2
Strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum and assessment methods
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
Reliable, professional, and committed to high standards of education
