We're partnering with a highly respected UK manufacturing business that delivers bespoke solutions to some of the country's most recognised retail, leisure, and hospitality brands. With a strong reputation, impressive growth, and significant investment in its capabilities, they're now looking for a senior sales leader to help drive the next phase of expansion. 

This is far more than a traditional business development role. You'll work closely with the leadership team, helping to shape commercial strategy, identify new market opportunities, and build long-term client partnerships across multiple sectors. 

What we're looking for:

• A proven business developer who knows how to win new business
• Someone commercially astute who can spot opportunities and think strategically
• Experience within manufacturing, shopfitting, interiors, retail, POS, FF&E, or a related sector would be advantageous
• A confident relationship-builder who enjoys engaging with senior stakeholders
