12-month fixed-term contract to start in June.

My client is recruiting a part-time Administrator to join their team covering a 12 month maternity contract.

Assisting the office manager you will be responsible for;

• Accurately inputting data onto Excel spreadsheets.
• Updating information on a portal and on spreadsheets
• Answering the telephone
• Ensuring timesheets have been authorised and calling clients to ensure they are signed in time for deadlines.

You'll have gained some work experience, ideally office based. Or perhaps you'll be planning to go to university next year and would like to work for a year to save some money!
