ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Care Assistant, you will help residents enjoy each day by delivering the quality care, support, and companionship they deserve. Every day brings variety and fulfillment as you build meaningful connections and support residents with their daily living.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily tasks, including personal care, mobility, and mealtime support.
Follow individual care plans to meet each resident's physical, emotional, and social needs.
Spend dedicated one-to-one time with residents to foster trust, dignity, and companionship.
Collaborate with the broader care home team to maintain a safe, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a warm-hearted, compassionate individual with a genuine passion for supporting older adults.
Requirements & Experience:
Prior experience caring for older people (in a professional or care setting).
A positive, "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills.
Strong empathy, patience, and a commitment to high standards of person-centred care.
Eagerness to learn and develop skills further through comprehensive training.
